2017-2018 Scholarship Recipients Announced

As fall classes get under way on NC State campus, Coastal is pleased to introduce the two recipients of the JC Whitehurst, Jr. Agricultural Scholarship for 2017-2018 which were awarded last April. Joshua D. Joyner is entering his senior year at NCSU as a plant and soil sciences major.  From Four Oaks, NC, Joshua is heavily involved with his family's farm which raises peanuts, corn, wheat and soybeans.  He also has gained experience as an intern with BASF on a local research farm. 2016 – 2017 Scholarship Recipients Announced

Coastal AgroBusiness is pleased to announce the 2016-2017 recipients of the J.C. Whitehurst, Jr. Agricultural Scholarship. Last April, the NC State University College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) selected James Harrison Ferebee, IV and Billie Jalynne Waters to receive this honor. Billie Waters is a sophomore majoring in Plant and Soil Science with an interest in crop biotechnology.
